Another option is to use a component video adapter or converter. This type of device can be connected between your console and TV, allowing you to stream quality video and audio signals over an older or standard connection type. Additionally, some TVs may have composite or S-video input ports that can also be used for connecting your Xbox one.
If none of these options are available, you may want to consider purchasing a free-standing HDTV tuner designed specifically for consoles like the Xbox One. These devices typically come with an A/V cable that can be connected to your console and TV, giving you access to the full range of HDMI ports.
Whatever method you choose, it is important to ensure that your Xbox one is properly configured for output on the chosen connection type. To do this, simply go to Settings > Display & sound > Video output > Digital audio or Audio output . From there, select the appropriate settings based on how you are connecting your console and TV.

Install Your Games Onto The Hard
The first thing that you can try on your journey to make your Xbox a little it quieter is playing the games from the hard-drive.
I am very well aware of the fact that it is not dead silent even when it is just sitting there and doing nothing, but it sure is much quieter than when games are running.
Another thing that is making a lot of noise in your Xbox is the rotation of the CD.
When you put a game inside, and the CD-ROM starts spinning and spinning, it would produce a buzz that is highly unpleasant.
Heating of the console is not your only problem here.
To solve this kind of noise, try installing the games directly on the console, and play them from the system, and not from the disc.
There would be nothing to turn and spin and make that annoying buzz that is drawing away your attention from the game.
Very Very Loud Xbox Fan
When I plug in the power supply the Xbox does not want to turn on but its fan turns on and its very loud. The power brick works fine its just the stupid fan how do u fix this
that sounds like overheating. if you leave it the fan should turn off once the xbox has reached a safe temp. I’d say leave it for 1/2 hour or so. has it been used a lot recently?

That did not work. I am sure this happens because I left overnight to download a game and overheated
When you say it doesn’t turn on, do you mean that it doesn’t turn on at all or no you’re not getting an image? How long does the fan stay on for? 10 seconds, 30 seconds, indefinitely?
Just off the cuff I would be concerned about dust buildup, especially if you keep you Xbox near the ground. I’ve seen dust cause similar issues with Xboxes in the past.

Use Dust Proof Covers
A dust cover will help keep your Xbox One X safe from any dust and dirt while its not being used. These covers will block most ports to minimize the amount of dust that will settle on the device.
Just keep in mind that you should refrain from using these dust covers when enjoying a game to prevent your Xbox from overheating. After all, an overheated Xbox One will be both noisy and prone to breaking.
Try Turning Up The Volume On Your Tv
This is not the perfect solution, of course, but is surely cheap and something that you can try out.
If the buzz is not that high, you can turn up the volume on your TV, and in that way camouflage the sound that is coming from the fan and CD ROM.
Again, this is not a solution that you should stick to.
There are other people in the room that would not find it at all appealing, so keep reading to find better solutions.

Is The Fan That Important
Everything weve established so far might make you wonder why you shouldnt just remove your consoles fan the moment it starts making noise. So lets take a moment to explain why that isnt possible. After all, fans play a crucial role in gaming consoles.
Like computers, gaming consoles are pieces of hardware that are made to run software e.g., video games. But much like any other electrical device, these consoles have an expiration date.
Software and hardware engineers tend to push each other toward technological advances. Each new generation of devices has better graphics cards, more powerful processing units, and, yes, more capable fans than the previous one. Most of the time, those components arent upgradeable.
So while you might be able to change a noisy laptop fan, youll probably be stuck with the one thats built into your Xbox. Ultimately, that makes it pretty much impossible to run brand new games on a console you got five years ago.
Even when you use the newest Xbox model, the fan will start running to keep the internal temperature of the device low. After all, if it rises past a certain threshold, the system will likely shut off, potentially costing you your game. New games place heavier demands on the resources of a console than old ones did. So the internal cooling components have to work overtime to catch up.
And thats why you cant simply take out the fan and be done with it. If you did so, your console would simply stop working!
