Ps4 Console Exclusive Now Also Coming To Xbox One
A PS4 console exclusive is now also coming to Xbox One and Xbox One X as well. Some of the best games over the past decade have been PS4 exclusives. From Uncharted 4 to Bloodborne to Until Dawn to to Final Fantasy 7 Remake to Horizon Zero Dawn to The Last of Us Part 2 to Ghost of Tsushima, and to the greatest of them all, God of War, there’s no denying the PS4 has some of the most compelling exclusives of all time, across all video game consoles. That said, it just lost a console exclusive, though not anything that comes anywhere near the significance of the games above.
Sometime this year, AWAY: The Survival Series is coming to PS4 and PC. Developer Breaking Walls announced as much last summer. That said, it’s also now coming to Xbox One. This week, the developer announced that when the third-person adventure game releases this year, it will also be available via the Xbox One.
While we now have a third platform, there’s still no word of any additional ports. In other words, if the game is coming to PS5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, or Google Stadia, there’s no word of it. That said, it will be playable on the former two next-gen consoles, courtesy of backward compatbility.
Whether the game will come to any additional platforms, remains to be seen. What we do have though is a new trailer that accompanied all of this news.

Until Dawn Developer Reveals New Horror Game The Quarry
Developer Supermassive Games and publisher 2K Games have revealed a new horror game dubbed The Quarryafter announcing it and teasing it yesterday. In development for the PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series S, and Xbox Series X, the new horror game is due out this summer, and we have its first official trailer after a teaser trailer was dropped yesterday, and judging by the trailer and the accompanying details, it’s very much a Supermassive horror game, and it’s out on June 10, 2022.
“It’s late summer in the remote forests of upstate New York, and the teen counselors of Hackett’s Quarry have the camp to themselves for one final night,” reads an official blurb about the game. “That means no kids, no adults, and no rules. In this thrilling cinematic tale, you control the fates of all nine camp counselors as their party plans unravel into an unpredictable night of horror. With life-or-death decisions around every turn, the choices you make will determine how the story unfolds.
For those that don’t know: Supermassive Games is not just known for horror games, but horror games where players impact the story and the fate of characters through decision making. Suffice to say, it’s no surprise that The Quarry is a return to this formula.

Telltales The Walking Dead
Available on: PC
Ah Telltale. One of the ill-fated studios seminal hits was The Walking Dead, a choose-your-own adventure style narrative set in the comicbooks universe. The first season released in 2012 and introduced a completely new cast including Clementine, a young girl who the player must protect as the apocalypse ravages American cities around you. The writers dance from brutally gut-wrenching decisions to quietly emotional moments of reflection with Clementine, and the resulting play of light and shade fashioned one of the strongest adventure narratives of the last decade. The games fourth and final season ended this year, making this the perfect time to go back and live The Walking Deads story again.
As A Playstation Move Game
British developer Supermassive Games led the game’s development, which began in 2010. Its existence was revealed after a trademark for Until Dawn was discovered. The game’s creative director was Will Byles, who joined the studio in the same year. The studio began discussing an idea for a new game for the PlayStation 3‘s PlayStation Move accessory, which had a greater emphasis on narrative than Supermassive’s previous games, such as Start the Party!. The proposed game would be a horror game that resembled a slasher film and it would be designed for a younger audience that publisher Sony Computer Entertainment had courted with the Move. Supermassive hired American writers Larry Fessenden and Graham Reznick, both of whom had worked on horror movies, to write the game’s script. They were hired because Byles felt the company’s British writers wrote in a “parochial” way that is inappropriate for the horror genre.
The game was initially exclusive to PlayStation Move, meaning players needed to buy the Move controller to functionally play the game. In this version of the game, the only way to navigate and progress the game is by moving the motion controller. Moving the wand guides the movement of the flashlight held by the characters as players explore the location from a first-person perspective. The wand can also be used to interact with objects and solve puzzles. In this version of the game, players can occasionally wield a firearm.

The Dark Pictures Anthology: The Devil In Me takes place within a “strange hotel location” where a bit of a mad owner has decided to turn the place into a massive trap, making checking out of reception a much more terrifying task than usual.
As is the norm with these Dark Pictures games, you’ll be trying your best to keep an a-list cast of characters alive . Oscar nominee Jessie Buckley is the star of the show in this fourth entry: The Devil In Me.

Alongside this story trailer, Supermassive has also detailed a couple of different editions of the game. Of course, there’s the standard edition as per usual, along with the “Animatronic Collector’s Edition“, featuring a creepy-looking bust along with your usual array of extras, like a hotel map, postcards and more goodies.
The Devil In Me hits store shelves this fall, although a more specific date is yet to be announced. If we’re going off previous Dark Pictures release dates, we’d expect this one to launch right around spooky season in October.

Library Of Story Traces
Figa and Tarau have used to build technologies useful to interactive storytelling. This approach defines ‘story traces’ as an abstract reduction of a story, and ‘story projection’ as a fragment of a story that can be treated as a single dramatic building block. This work seeks to build up large repositories of narrative forms in such a way that these forms can later be combined.
