The Fall Guys Xbox release date is set for sometime in 2022. The game was originally set to release in 2021, but unfortunately, it looks like Xbox players will have to wait.
In a post uploaded to the Fall Guys website, Mediatonic stated We know everyones excited about Fall Guy coming to Nintendo Switch and Xbox, with good reason. Theres been a lot of speculation on social media connecting these new console releases to the Season 6 launch and we want to clarify that thats not the case so no ones left confused looking for the game on these platforms.
More information will be coming in 2022, hopefully earlier in the year, rather than later.

Fall Guys has taken the gaming world by storm, with its pitch-perfect combination of battle royale gameplay structure and Takeshis Castle-style slapstick humor. Fall Guys has been such a dramatic, instant success that the game had to undergo emergency server maintenance within its first week, and its more popular on Steam than even the new Horizon Zero Dawn port. That game cant catch a break! But you may be wondering if Fall Guys is coming to your console of choice if you dont play on PC or PS4.
Is Fall Guys Coming To Xbox Series X/s
Fall Guys is still on the pathway to coming to your nearest Xbox console, however, there was confirmation of delays from the developers, who originally supplied the game with a Summer 2021 release date.
Confirming the delays on the official Fall Guys website blog, Mediatonic wrote: “We’ve realised that our previously announced Summer 2021 Switch and Xbox release schedule is unfortunately just too soon for us to include all of the tasty new features we’re working on.”
They continued, “while we want to launch on these platforms as quickly as possible, we believe the Switch and Xbox releases are really going to be worth waiting for, and were super grateful for your patience.”
The developers did however confirm that because of the delayed time, it has now given them the opportunity to add a lot more features to the game in time for its arrival on a new console.

Many players believe that an Xbox and Nintendo Switch version of the battle-royale party game will also be released alongside the update.

Fall Guys – Season 6 Out Now!
The developer has addressed these rumours in a new blog post saying that the rumours are false but it’s a top priority and adding cross-progression today was the first step.
The Nintendo Switch and Xbox versions of Fall Guys was scheduled for a Summer 2021 release date, however it was delayed earlier this year with Mediatonic saying that it was “just too soon.”
Alongside the new content launch, the update also includes a new cross-platform progression feature with Epic Game accounts and cross-platform play between PlayStation and PC.
What About A Fall Guys Mobile Release Date
Fall Guysis actually making its way to iOS and Android, though it’s doing so in a way that will be disappointing to western fans.
On August 22, analyst Daniel Ahmad that Chinese company Bilibili had gotten the right to release a mobile version of Fall Guys in China. No release window was given for this port, and even when it comes to fruition it’s unknown if this version of Fall Guys will ever be released outside of China.
Fall Guys developer Mediatonic did officially confirm that the port was in the works to GamesIndustry.biz. “We can confirm Bilibili have secured publishing rights to a mobile version in China,” Co-Founder Paul Croft stated. “As you can imagine, we’ve had a lot of questions about platforms since launch, and of course we’d love to release on more platforms in the future but for now we’re focusing our efforts on PC and PS4.”
Croft’s statements affirm what the website says about ports of Fall Guys coming to other platforms, but they also don’t bode well for anyone hoping to try the game on iOS and Android outside of China. For now, just avoid scams claiming its already available on mobile and play the game on PC or PS4.

Fall Guys Xbox Previous Seasons Rewards
Mediatonic hasnt commented on if there will be a way for players to re-earn all the cosmetics and items which have been available in the five Fame Paths since the game launched.
These items may be put into the games store, or each Fame Path could be added to the Xbox version of the game, allowing you to earn XP towards each of them at the same time.

When Is Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout Coming To Xbox
Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout has been out on PS4 and PC since August 2020. Now entering its fifth season, the platform battle royale party game has already been confirmed to be coming to Xbox platforms , but we still dont have a release date. Heres what we know so far about the games pending arrival.
In February, Mediatonic Lead Game Designer Joe Walsh announced that Fall Guys will be coming to Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One in the summer. However, in February, a delay was announced and there was a shift in release to later this year. There was no specified window, unfortunately.
So it sounds like Fall Guys is still on track to arrive on Xbox platforms at some point this year, but we just dont have a release date. Interestingly, there was no mention of the game during Microsofts E3 press conference.
In the meantime, Mediatonic is gearing up to launch the fifth season for Fall Guys which will take players on a jungle adventure. The new season will officially be revealed on July 19 but you can expect new minigames, cosmetics and the usual.
As I mentioned, Fall Guys launched in 2020 and was one of the years most surprising games. Although simplistic in design its basically a silly battle royale with minigames and a game show-like feel the competitive nature and social aspect of it allowed it to thrive during the pandemic while many were stuck at home social distancing.

Mediatonic has said that releasing the delayed Xbox and Nintendo Switch versions of Fall Guys is one of the studios top priorities in active development.
Fall Guys was originally due to be released for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and Switch this summer, but was delayed to give the studio time to implement new features like cross-play.
It had been speculated that the games Xbox and Switch releases could be timed to coincide with the launch of Fall Guys Season 6 on Tuesday, but that didnt come to pass.
When Is The Fall Guys Nintendo Switch Release Date
The Nintendo Switch version of Fall Guys is in the same position as the Xbox version it was planned for summer 2021, but now it has been pushed back to an unspecified point in the future.
Mediatonics delay-announcing blog added: While we want to launch on these platforms as quickly as possible, we believe the Switch and Xbox releases are really going to be worth waiting for and were super grateful for your patience.
The official Nintendo website says Fall Guys on Switch will be available 2021, so we hopefully should still be able to play the game on Nintendos handy household/handheld hybrid console before the year is out.

However, they were delayed indefinitely in April, as Mediatonic focused on improving the existing PC and PlayStation versions and implementing cross-play. The recent Season 6 update includes cross-platform progression between the PS4 and Steam versions, powered by Epic Games accounts . Now that more of the framework is in place for expanded platform support, Mediatonic should be closer to a quality port for the Switch and new Xbox consoles.
