Microsofts Xbox One offline update involves downloading a file to a USB flash drive and then installing that file directly unto your console. But before you get started, youll need a windows PC and a USB stick formatted as NTFS with a minimum of 6GB of space.
Once you have met the prerequisites, simply plug your flash drive into the USB port on your computer and then click here to download the latest system update.

My Xbox Wont Start Or Download Offline Update
back in 2019 in august my Xbox was dropped in my sleep but i didnt know it dropped so the morning after it felled i seen my Xbox on the floor i was mad cause i gotten it for a gift idk why but 20 mins after using it and watched yt it froze so i restarted it and gotten e106 i think or e102 i dont remember but its been 2 years i need help
Since it fell while you were asleep, what probably happened was the HDD failed due to the drop. I would try replacing the HDD . Just make sure its no larger than 2 TB and its a 2.5 drive.
For Installing it into the console itself use this guide: Xbox One S Hard Drive Replacement
For formatting it so that it will work follow this guide:
ALSO: Just in case, I would check to make sure both the Optical Drive connections and the HDD connections are connected properly. Sometimes that will cause those errors.

Xbox One system update errors can manifest in a few different ways. When your console fails to complete the process, you will typically see one of the following messages:
