Due to the Evolution Collection Event update that was released on , players are experiencing difficulty connecting to the EA Servers.
However, it is important to note that this is not your connection, but rather EAs servers have trouble dealing with the number of players trying to access the game.
Luckily, Respawn Entertainment was able to tackle this issue quickly and push out a fix that has solved the issue that was preventing players from matchmaking into lobbies.

Any Xbox Gamertags and PlayStationNetwork Online IDs that are linked to your EA Account will show under Connected Accounts. Connected Switch Accounts and Stadia Accounts wont show here.
Can I link multiple platform account IDs?
An EA Account can only have one of each platform account linked at a time. This means that you cant link an EA Account to two PlayStationNetwork IDs, for example.
