If you are running Windows 7, Go to Start> ControlPanel> Device Manager. In the Device list you should see the Afterglow controller in the list with a yellow exclamation mark next to it. Click on the selection. Then click on drivers tab. Then click update driver. When asked if you want to search for drivers online or browse PC for drivers, choose browse PC. Look for XBOX 360 Controller for Windows Version 2.1.0.1349 . Select that and you should successfully install the driver for the Afterglow controller.
