Forza Horizon 5 Developer Reveals What’s Coming To The Game Next
Forza Horizon 5 developer Playground Games has previewed what’s coming to the game in the near future. Unfortunately, this preview doesn’t include any details, or even word, of new content, but rather various fixes and changes coming to the Xbox One, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X, Xbox Game Pass, and PC game at an undetermined point in the future.
According to Playground Games, the rundown below is all being currently worked on and will be added to the game as soon as possible. Whether the list below is exhaustive, we don’t know. There’s also a part of the team presumably working on DLC, while you’d assume a bulk of the team has shifted to the studio’s next game, Fable, or, of course, the next Forza Horizon game.

Not only is it unclear when all of this will roll out but it’s unclear if it will roll out together. We also don’t know when the next patch in general is going to be, but it sounds not very far awar.
How To Play Astroneer Multiplayer On Xbox One And Windows 10
Astroneer is Xbox Play Anywhere enabled, even in its current pre-Alpha state. You can play the game on both your Xbox One and on Windows 10 with the same purchase, and creating a multiplayer game is pretty much the same for both — and is easy as pie to get going.
To make a multiplayer game on these platforms, simply invite your friend to your Xbox Live party while you’re in the game’s main menu to have them join up.
As a reminder, all players do need to have Xbox Live Gold to use parties. On Windows 10 you can find the party feature in the Xbox app pretty easily.
It’s also a good idea for anyone you’re inviting to launch the game before joining to mitigate launching crashes.

A month ago, amid the AlwaysOnline controversy, a leaked Microsoft memo stated that the console does not require an AlwaysOn internet connection. Recently, after the Xbox One presentation, Microsoft reiterated that the console will not always be online, but the console will not work if it is not connected to the Internet.

Prior to the official unveiling, a rumor had circulated that the next Xbox console would be an “always on” system requiring a persistent Internet connection, though Microsoft had not confirmed this. Halo Infinite multiplayer is entirely free to play across all available platforms. Xbox Series X, Series S, Xbox One, and PC players dont need Xbox Live Gold or Game Pass Ultimate subscriptions to play the game online.
Since Halo Infinite is available on Steam for PC, requiring Xbox and Game Pass customers to pay an additional fee wouldnt be a good look. Its unlikely that this had much impact on the decision, however, as Microsofts vision for Halo Infinite multiplayer is to make it as widely accessible as possible. The Xbox manufacturer didnt want to force an active Gold or XGPU sub to access online play in the first place.
While the competitive and casual online PvP components come totally free of charge, the Halo Infinite story campaign is a paid product. That said, Xbox Game Pass, Game Pass for PC, and Game Pass Ultimate members get the single-player mode at no additional cost. Steam users will need to pay for the narrative campaign as standard.
