Having all the right badges and animations doesnt matter if the players dunk rating is low. There isnt an exact number that you need to dunk on others but you shouldnt even think about it if the Driving Dunk rating is below 70.

If you are creating a MyPlayer and want to be able to dunk very well you should shoot for at least an 85 Driving Dunk and be able to get at least the Gold Posterizer badge.
