Hey there!
Sorry to hear you are running into this issue with connecting to your Mobile Hotspot. I understand that you can’t power cycle your network hardware being that you are on your mobile device but have you tried turning off the phone for a while and then powering it back on to see if that works?
Connecting to a Hotspot will work sometimes but it is not the most reliable source of network. If the issue persists and you have no way to connect to any other network I would advise reaching out to your carrier to see if there is anything that they can advise to you as far as troubleshooting the Hotspot.

As of yesterday, waching media and playing certain games on the Xbox One no longer works when using my ATT phone hotspot. Even though my NAT type has always been strict, media and all games have worked just fine every day for the past year when using my phones hotspot. It also says that uPNP is unavailable.;
Did ATT add a firewall or block ports that make applications like Netflix and HBO GO and playing certains games on Xbox unusable when using a phones hotspot? This is a serious issue affecting many, and it needs to be addressed now; otherwise, prepare to lose tens-of-thousands of customers in the coming week.
I like ATT and Directv, but I will switch in a second if this is not resolved soon! It is clear that something was done to limit data usage on consoles when using a phones hotspot, and at the very least, I would appreciate an answer.
