My Xbox account has been under my dad’s old email for quite some time up until a few months ago. I finally got around to switching the account over to my own email but it seems like it’s screwed up my EA account. I just bought Madden 20 and when I opened the game I was prompted to sign into my EA account which was still under my dad’s old email. Kind of annoying I thought, but not a big deal. After entering every possible password I could think of and none of them working, I thought I’d just go and change the account linked to my Xbox Account, but I guess it’s near impossible to do that unless you have access to the old email. Finally I decided I’d just log into my dad’s old email, swap the password and be done with it. The only problem with that is it’s a Hotmail account, and when I tried to sign into it, it says the account doesn’t even exist anymore. This has been extremely frustrating and as far as I can tell there’s no way for me to change the account linked to my Xbox Live profile. I really need some help here because I’m at my wit’s end trying to figure this BS out.

Yeah still says the Hotmail account doesn’t even exist so I don’t really know what to do at this point. I don’t understand why I can’t just link to a different email straight from my Xbox, makes absolutely no sense that I have to jump through hoops just to be able to play EA games online.

Pretty ridiculous but oh well I guess…
