How To Redeem A Gift Card Or Code From Microsoft Store On A Windows 10 Device

Here’s how to redeem a gift card or code from Microsoft Store on a Windows 10 device:
On your Windows 10 device, select Microsoft Store on the taskbar.
In Microsoft Store, select the See more menu .
Select Redeem a code. If you aren’t already signed in, sign in to the Microsoft account on which you want to redeem the code.
Enter the 25-character code, and then select Redeem. Dont worry about hyphens, the system takes care of those for you.
Pay With Bitcoin To Buy Microsoft Products
Sign in to your Microsoft account and go to the billing section
On Billing overview, under Payment options, click redeem bitcoins
Select the amount of money you want to add to your account, fill out the billing information, and click Next.
Bitpay, the service Microsoft is using to process the transaction, will calculate how much bitcoins are required to cover the money you want to add. Then you only have 15 minutes to complete the transaction using your digital wallet.
On your computer, select Pay with Bitcoin and then simply pay from your Bitcoin wallet. If youre using a smartphone, scan the QR code displayed on the page to pay with your Bitcoin mobile app wallet.
If your wallet resides on another computer, copy the receiving address and BTC amount to the wallet on your device or the Web and then make your purchase.

Add Money To Your Microsoft Account
To add money to your Microsoft account balance, you’ll need to redeem a Microsoft gift card on the Redeem page.
The full amount will be added to your Microsoft account and can be used to buy movies, games, in-app purchases, and physical goods. It can be used to purchase an Xbox-related subscription, but not a Microsoft 365 subscription. For step-by-step instructions, see Redeem a gift card or code to your Microsoft account.

If you don’t have a Microsoft gift card, you can purchase one online:
Go to the gift cards page in the Microsoft Store and select either Xbox or Microsoft gift card.

From the drop-down menu, select the amount of money you want to purchase and add that amount to your cart.
Go through the checkout process .
Make sure your name and email address are shown as the recipient and complete your purchase .
Confirm that you’ve received an email with the gift code. Go to the Redeem page. If you have more than one Microsoft account, confirm you’re signed in to the right one.
Enter the code and select Next. The entire amount associated with the code will be added to your Microsoft account.

This includes transfers between accounts of friends, relatives or other accounts registered in your name or recognized as being your property.

To see if your card or code was redeemed, check your order history. On the Order history page, look for the date that you redeemed the card or code, and youll see the order number and how the card or code was used.
