Ok what is your account region and actual region and we know your console region and yes this is very important

Does all those things match?

If not that would be why

Autoswitching to dollara sounds like you arent in the uk

For blackops 2 specifically EVERYTHING must match

So if you dont live in an english region lets say france or spain

And yoi select uk english and region it wont work

This includes your console region

Your account region cannot be controled by your console howrver it has to be the same for xbox 360 games

It can only be changed on the website xbox.com under manage myaccount

Not the locale on the website

That price is controlled by publishers in this case activision

You could always wait for a sale

When you change your console location you must add a payment method matching your region however if your account region doesnt match your payment method then it will never work

How To Download And Install Black Ops 2 Plutonium

Normally, you would need to head over to the official Plutonium site and download the file yourself. However, weve uploaded the entire game and all its files to our Google Drive account to make it simple for you.
